This course will consist of four days in total and will commence on each Saturday of the month from 09:00 - 14:00.
It will include all ingredients, manuals and additional recipes. The fee is N$3 500.00 per person
First Saturday = Health & Safety, knife skills, how to read a recipe and measurements. Cooking of breakfast.
Second Saturday= Cooking of three different lunches
Third Saturday= Cooking of three different dinners
Fourth Saturday= Making a lunch box and two different desserts
